Ministry and Outreach

Fender has multiple ministries that grow our members, and reach our community.

Nursery- We hold nursery twice per month, there is a schedule in the nursery where you can sign up and volunteer or you can figure out what weeks we have it! It is also in the weekly bulletin.

Operation Christmas Child- As a church, we set a goal of packing and sending so many different shoe boxes each year. This is a great ministry that opens the door to sharing the gospel with so many different people, both children and adults.

Visitation Team- Do you know someone that needs encouraged? Do you know someone who needs their spirit lifted? This is what this team does. Based on the preference of the referring individual or the request of someone, an individual or team will come and prayer, sing, and talk with you to show the compassion that Christ has had on us. Cancer Center Servants- A group of servants from Fender will meet at the cancer center in Bolivar, Mo, to encourage individuals who are dealing with health issues. Typically, song and prayer take place in the foyer of the building at the entrance. Anyone is welcome to join in song and prayer.
