Fender Chapel is located in Brighton, Mo. Just off of Highway 13, ten minutes north of Springfield, Mo. If you are driving at night you will see our neon blue cross. Come visit us Sunday Mornings at 11:00am and 7:00pm!
What happens at Fender?
Vacation Bible School
This takes place in the summer months. Typically, it is a one day event from 9:00am to 3:00pm. It is a great time for your kiddos to get out and do something during the summer. Snacks and lunch are provided throughout the day. The kids will be on a set program, they will do bible studies, have lots of fun and games, plus make a bunch of new friends!
Fender Get Together's
Once a month, the church gets everyone together for a meal and fellowship. The majority of the times, there are very talented musicians that are playing and leading in songs. This is a great time to get to know some of the people in the church. Typically, this is a Saturday evening from about 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Men's Breakfast
Not on any set schedule, the men will get together and meet for breakfast somewhere in Springfield or Bolivar on a Saturday morning for fun and fellowship.
Easter Egg Hunt
On Easter Sunday each year, the church puts together a huge egg hunt for any children that would like to join! The entire church property is covered in eggs and the kids absolutely love it! There is plenty of chocolate to go around!
There are many other celebrations and gatherings that take place as well, we really enjoy spending quality time with quality people!
